Internal Detox

How to use -

Mix one (1) teaspoon of Activated Carbon with a cup of water and stir for five (5) seconds. Swallow the drink (to avoid the carbon remaining in the mouth).

Recommended maximum daily dosage, 10g (which is around 1 teaspoon). Activated carbon is 2.5 times lighter than water (10g will look like a full teaspoon).

Types of detox and timing

For general body detox, have it just before sleep.

For junk food detox, have it 30 minutes after your meal.

For alcohol detox, have it before the drink.

If you plan to have a nutritional meal, do not drink activated carbon within 2 hours before & after, since it will affect the absorption of the nutrients from the meal to the body.
